Definition of telemedicine/telehealth

Live Video Reimbursement

consultations for medical services and nutrition and
exercise services.

Requirements:

as appropriate for the member‘s medical needs,

the direction of the consulting physician;
• Coverage of consult is limited to members in
non-metropolitan statistical professional
